Relaxing Yoga Nidra

End your day with Abi's relaxing Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra is the practise fo Yogic Sleep designed to give you deep rest and reset. You might imagine this session like a full body massage for your brain. Yoga Nidra takes you from a Beta wave to Alpha wave state, even touching upon Theta and Delta wave states. These brian wave states are where the mind accesses creativity, intuition and deep layers of the self. Yoga Nidra helps improve sleep quality, memory and recall; the perfect session to close your Elevate Well experience to make sure you remember the powerful insights you have gained over the weekend.
